NYX Ultimate Brights – Chic Reaction
A palette filled with vibrant colors was definitely missing from my makeup collection. Some time ago, I found myself looking at the palettes I had and although I had some colors here and there, it didn’t seem to be enough.
I remembered passing by a palette from NYX Professional Makeup and decided to then search within the brand, as this brand usually offers makeup products for more daring and creative looks.
In this palette, you will find literally all the colors of the rainbow. With 16 matte finish colors, the first 2 rows include reds, pinks, purples, and violets, and the last two rows blues and greens.
The quality-price ratio is quite satisfactory (at the time I wrote this post, this palette was under €20) and it is hard to find this set of colors in more affordable brands.
Some pleasant surprises are the red, which is a difficult color to find in eyeshadows (usually there are burgundy or more cherry tones) and the blues whose pigmentation surprised me.
