Renault 4l and rally jump in the center of Arganil village

The iconic jump in Arganil descends to the village today, with a double passage of the Rally de Portugal through the municipality. The impressive maneuver performed by a 4L with Arganil’s colors is recreated at the central roundabout.
“We wanted to bring the spirit and emotions of the rally to the heart of the village, as a way to anticipate the highly anticipated day of the double passage through our municipality,” highlighted the Mayor, Luís Paulo Costa.
The famous jump is located near Casa do PPD, about 1 km from the start of the section. “We brought together two of the biggest and most expressive symbols of the rally in the municipality, the renowned and highly sought-after jump, which features spectacular moments of this sport, and the 4L decorated with the colors of the schist from the Historic Village of Piódão, immortalized in the World Rally Championship by the Arganil native António Pinto dos Santos, between 1992 and 2000,” said the mayor.
