Repayment and Exchange Policy

Our policy regarding repayments and exchanges is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your acquisition, we are unable to provide a complete reimbursement or substitution.

To qualify for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for returns. Items such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, dangerous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Present cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Specific health and personal care items

To finalize your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

Some circumstances may only warrant partial refunds:

  • Book displaying obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
  • Any product not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts not due to our mistake.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery


Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item back. You will also be informed of whether your repayment has been approved or declined.

If approved, your repayment will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a reimbursement, please recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.

Subsequently, contact your bank. There is typically a processing period before a refund is posted.

Items on sale

Only items at regular prices are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and post your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when bought and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Returning Shipments

You will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time taken for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
